I cannot say enough about Elias, our server at El Rancho Grande. He was kind, attentive, hilarious, and made me feel so included even though I couldn’t drink (I’m pregnant, and he made me a special non-alcoholic drink rim with sweet & spicy candy just for fun). It honestly made my night. He treated us like old friends, not just customers, and went the extra mile in every way. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, and it shows. This place already has amazing food and service, but Elias took it to another level. I’m rooting for him and hope everyone who reads this gives him the chance to impress you too. He’s the real deal.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant — and I don’t say that lightly. We had Elias as our server at El Rancho Grande, and he made the entire night unforgettable. From the extra care he put into our drinks (he brought me a glass with salted rim and 4 lime wedges just to pour my Victoria into) to the laughs he shared with our table, he went above and beyond in every way. He even made a special drink rim candy concoction for my pregnant sister-in-law just so she could still feel part of the fun. This man has heart, hustle, and a gift for making people feel welcome. He’s open about his past and determined to build something better now, and I have nothing but respect for that. Elias — if you’re reading this, keep going. You’re damn good at what you do.

El Rancho Grande is always our go-to spot, and tonight reminded me exactly why. Our server Elias went above and beyond. The kind of service you just don’t see anymore. I ordered a big draft with salt on the rim, and not only did he make sure not to wash the salt off while pouring it — he brought a whole extra mug of beer just to make up for what didn’t fit. That kind of thoughtfulness stuck with me. He made us laugh, connected with us, and shared his story — not because he was trying to impress us, but because he’s real. Elias is clearly someone working hard to change his life for the better, and he’s got a serious gift for hospitality. Proud to leave this review and cheer him on.

Our waiter made sure we had everything we ordered and was to our liking. He (Eli) took very good care of us. The food was excellent.

Seriously, five stars all around. From the service, to the food taste and quality, to the speed of the kitchen....absolutely awesome. It was our first time tonight, but will not be our last!!!

Food was a letdown from a few days prior to this last time we ate there, and the service was very slow. This was because a party of unanounced Jeep lovers invaded the patio outside. The restaurant was short-staffed and not prepared for the margarita crowd outside. Inside, customers began congregating in for food. We sat there 45 minutes before our food got to our table, food that wasn't as tasty...different cook perhaps. The server (bar tender) asked us if we needed refills when he brought out our bill. I gave 5 stars anyway for all the other times we ate there.

We went during the weekday around 2:00 so we was the only customers in there at the time which was I tried this strawberry mojito which was my first time trying the price wasn't too bad it was under 6 for each drink and it was beautifully presented the food was amazing some of their prices are a little pricier but the variety difference between them and Fiesta char veteran Powell county is they do have some other Seafood options and some other food options that I haven't seen some of the meals range from 10 to 15 and some other meals ranged belt 20 to 23.00 they do have a kids menu where they can get corn dogs we got the Texas fajitas and we got two orders I think we would have been able to share one but each meal was about 23 the corn I tried had mayo and a few other things which I forget but it was really good and different from what I have normally tried I use my chips to use it like a dip and I put some of it in my fajitas as well the restaurant inside is absolutely beautiful they have a lot of room and two full bar areas on each side of the restaurant the booth seats are very nice because the back part is very high up so you don't have to look over and see the people behind you when you're enjoying your meal the bathrooms were extremely beautiful the sinks Bavaria unique and very clean
